General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between ah365 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to ah365's website, application, and all services provided.
ah365 is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and other gaming options for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates using SSL encryption technology and follows a fair play policy. You are advised to read these Terms carefully before using any service on the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to create an account or use services on ah365:

- You must be an individual and must operate the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any corporate entity.
- You must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

- An individual may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration & Management
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on ah365. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation.
3.1 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

3.2 Identity Verification
ah365 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and payment details at any time. Withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Required documents are: a copy of a national identity card or passport, and proof of payment method.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Depositing and withdrawing money on ah365 is simple and secure. The following payment methods are supported on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500. Deposits below this amount are not accepted.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Some methods may take a short time.
- Only deposit from your own account or mobile banking number — third-party payments are not accepted.
- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time: generally within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If identity verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
Bonuses & Promotions
ah365 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳30,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- A specific time limit may apply before claiming a bonus.
- Full wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
- If abuse of bonus privileges is suspected, ah365 reserves the right to cancel the bonus or investigate the account.
- If a member attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled.
Gaming Rules
All games on ah365 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
6.1 Game Participation Terms
- Each game has its own rules, which it is advisable to read before starting the game.
- If a game result is affected by a technical error, the bets for that round may be considered void.
- In live games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting
On ah365, bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The rules for sports betting markets are outlined below:
- Betting odds are determined on the basis of market conditions and various data — ah365 reserves the right to change odds at any time.
- Bets placed before a match starts are valid; live betting markets may remain open after the match starts depending on the situation.
- If a match is abandoned or completed outside the scheduled time, the settlement policy for bets may differ.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah365 platform and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
- Abusing bonus privileges by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorised access.
- Fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other members.
- Creating an account using a false identity or third-party information.
- Filing chargebacks or fraudulent claims against the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
ah365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If documents required for identity verification are not submitted within the specified time.
- If suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected.
- If any violation under Section 7 on prohibited activities is committed.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure at Member's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please email [email protected]. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned via the designated payment method before the account is closed, but any unused bonus balance will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
ah365 is an entertainment platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ah365's liability is limited in the following matters:
- Losses arising from technical errors, server disconnections, or internet connectivity issues.
- Losses caused by third-party software or delays in payment processing.
- Financial losses resulting from a member's own actions or decisions.
- Unauthorized third-party access made possible due to a member's own negligence.
Gambling carries financial risk. ah365 advises members to play only within their means. The platform cannot be held responsible for financial losses.
